This recipe is one that I ate a lot growing up-- super easy!
Serves 2- no leftovers
4 cups chicken broth
1 can petite diced tomatoes
2 Tbs. chili powder
1 cup chicken
1 cup corn
1 can black beans
When serving add a squeeze of lime, some sour cream, diced up avocado, and crushed up chips.
Yummy!
